A longtime veteran of the singer/songwriter circuit, after an absence to attend to life on life's terms, she's returned to the studio at last. Mitchelle received her first nylon-stringed guitar and a Mel Bay book when she was 8 years old and has been writing, singing and performing ever since. She says music, for her, is an urgency, the truth lying deep in the heart and in the shadows. Her debut album, Dawn of the Night Flyers, was well-received, and she released her sophomore effort, The Dark Horse Sessions, not long after. A new album is in the works and she can't wait to share it with you. Stay tuned.

Praise for Dawn of the Night Flyers
"Centered on Tanner’s fine acoustic guitar work and expressive, slightly tremulous voice, Dawn of the Night Flyers zigzags gracefully between girl-with-guitar balladry, full-on folk rockers, and light pop ditties ...a song cycle that uplifts the spirit at every turn." Performing Songwriter Magazine
